Wasatch Front
The Wasatch Front Project boasts 475 homes which were single-family homes constructed from Salt Lake County through Tooele, Davis and Weber Counties. Construction of these properties occurred from 2004 through 2007. The homes were purchased by a group of Northern California and Southern California buyers and were used strictly for rentals.
The project was built on a model of good rental homes, with the homes have three or four bedrooms along an equal number of bathrooms. The groups of buyers still own a huge percentage of the project.
