Mitch has been in the real estate development field for 28 years, during which time he became a managing partner in a real estate development company founded by former Utah Governor, Norman Bangerter, Mike Milner and Jack Andrews.

Projects developed in Utah and Nevada, Crestview 120 unit condominium Development Park City, Utah, Salt Lake City Olympics leased, constructed and retro-fitted warehouses to provide housing for 2500 personnel from the FBI, Secret Service, State Dept, Immigration and Naturalization, CIA and U.S. Forest Service.

In addition Mitch has provided housing for special events and workforce housing in the oil, gas, mining and large construction projects.

for the Salt Lake Winter Olympics for the FBI, Secret Service, State Department, ATF and other law enforcement agencies committed to the post 9/11 Olympics.

In 2003 Mitch entered into a partnership with Target Logistics / Boston Massachusetts in the development, construction, sales and marketing of workforce and special events housing.

In that capacity he was involved with providing housing for the 2003 Harley Davidson 100th Anniversary, 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens Greece, and the 2006 Wither Olympics in Torino Italy.

Mitch received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Weber State University, and went on to earn a master’s degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University in Salt Lake City, Utah. Utah State Police – Lieutenant Criminal Investigations Bureau served for 24 years, retired.
